This 12" was also sold with The Mountain Has Fallen EP Deluxe Bundle, which included a limited edition reflective poster signed by DJ Shadow, a limited edition cassette version of the release ([r=10770507]), and a The Mountain Has Fallen tee. Issued with a sticker affixed on blister and a glossy black inner sleeve with credits printed on. Also coming with a download coupon card. In the US, in-store sales were sometimes getting you an extra black enamel pin of the man on the cover.
