Two-sided 10" silkscreened sheet and 7" 12-page booklet inserted. Cover and insert silkscreened at Alphonse Raymond. Released in PE protective sleeve stickered with barcode on rear and small round "Silver Mt. Zion Horses In The Sky" on front.
