The xylophone strike sound is a metal prong from the gate protecting the crypt of Saint Sebastian recorded underground in Rome, Italy. This section integrates a recording of a live performance playing those same take-up reels seventeen years later at the INA/GRM in 2024. B. "Alloys": Aluminum Cans, Gongs, Thermos, Sampled Pulse Box Xylophone, field recordings of drumming on metal parking structures and church bells from Cork, Ireland and Anthien, France; Chalice recorded in the chapel of Civitella Ranieri castle in Umbria, Italy.
